About Me

Ulf Nordmann is an independent management consultant with over 25 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry. As former Director at Daimler AG, he was responsible for global procurement organizations. As CEO of GeicoTaikisha GmbH, he led a successful operational restructuring — including renegotiation of existing contracts with suppliers and customers and transformation into a matrix organization. Today he advises mid-sized companies and their owners in the areas of procurement, organization and operational restructuring. Additionally, he supports globally operating strategic consulting firms with domain-specific expertise on a project basis. A further focus area is the review and restoration of supply chain capability for globally operating automotive OEMs.
